I absolutely love this time of year...but does anyone else feel like there's not enough hours in the day to get everything done that needs to be done? Between work, shopping, family and all the other seasonal activities...I'm frazzled. Let me know I'm not alone....
Between kid's band and choir concerts, holiday preparations and work? Sleep is not an option....

ReplyDeleteI lift more wight when I'm running on only a few hours of sleep. Steroids work better when you are exhausted... just ask Roger Clemens!
